In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department.
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return any unopened merchandise (except Makeup, Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Follow the instructions located on the back of your invoice to ship back the merchandise. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return).
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
We will notify you via e-mail of the Return Address and an RMA Number for the items you wish to return.
All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If your package is returned to BathBeauty.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 24-48 hours after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by e-mail at: info@BathBeauty.com. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 business days.
We only carry 100% ORIGINAL designer products. Absolutely no knock-offs or imposter products are sold at BathBeauty.com. We aim to have the lowest price on the Internet and make every attempt to get the products you desire. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
